For anything about privacy, including a request about your data, email jakub@heyjakub.com.

• Your first name and email address, which you enter to see your results.
• Your answers to the ten checklist questions and the score they produce.
• If you use the optional calculator: the numbers you type (how many new customers you want each month, the percentage of first sales calls that lead to a customer, first sales calls last month, and a typical customer’s first-year value) and the call estimate we work out from them.
• The priority you choose, if you choose one.
• If you go on to prepare a booking: your company website, who handles sales in your business, how you’d like us to help, and anything you write in the notes box. The time you pick is arranged by the scheduling service described below.
• Whether you ticked the optional box asking us to email you about our services, together with the address it applies to, the exact wording you saw and when you chose it.

Technical information that comes with any web request, such as your IP address and browser details, is handled by our hosting provider as part of serving and protecting the site.

To see your results you need to answer all ten checklist questions and give your first name and email address. The calculator and the practice you choose to work on first are optional. If you go on to book a call, we ask for your website, who owns sales today and what you want help with; anything else you tell us there is optional. Agreeing to promotional email is always optional — you get your results either way.

• Running the checklist and answering your enquiry. Our legitimate interest in offering and operating a free business assessment, and in responding to people who ask us about our work (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our interest is being able to give you useful results and follow up on what you asked us about; we only use the details you chose to give us for that.
• Preparing for a call you asked for. Where this is a step towards a possible contract with you, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where you are acting for a company, our legitimate interest in communicating with the people representing it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Promotional email about our services. Only your separate, explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the optional box. It is never a condition of anything else.
• Keeping the site working and secure. Our legitimate interest in operating the site reliably and preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Legal obligations. Where a law requires us to keep or produce information, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

While you work through the checklist, your answers, calculator numbers, chosen priority and the name and email you entered are kept in your browser’s session storage, under the keys meetingsfunnel:v1 and meetingsfunnel:lead-session. This is what lets you move between pages, go back and edit your numbers without starting again.

Session storage is cleared when you close the browser tab. The second key is a random identifier for that visit, so a later step updates the same record instead of creating duplicates. It is not linked to any other site.

The site and its database run on Lovable Cloud, provided by Lovable Labs Sweden AB, Regeringsgatan 25, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden, which processes this data on our behalf. The database itself is operated for us through Lovable Cloud’s Supabase-based infrastructure.

According to Lovable’s privacy policy (effective 9 September 2026), data from applications built on the platform is processed on the customer’s behalf and may be processed internationally, including in the United States, with EU Standard Contractual Clauses offered for those transfers under its data processing agreement. We do not claim that your data stays inside the EU.

Booking is not built into this site. When you press “Choose a time”, we send you to TidyCal, an external scheduling service provided by Sumo Group Inc. in the United States. Your first name and email address are added to the link so you do not have to type them again. Anything you enter after that — including the time you pick — is handled by TidyCal under its own privacy policy and data processing agreement. TidyCal is not embedded in these pages, so it is not involved unless you choose to go there.

As described above, our hosting provider may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, and offers EU Standard Contractual Clauses for that. The scheduling service you are handed off to is based in the United States and publishes its own data processing agreement.

Your details and answers are visible to Jakub and to people authorised to act on his behalf in running Meetings Funnel, and to the service providers above to the extent needed to host the site, store the data and arrange calls. These records are not readable from the public website; they are only reachable by our trusted server code.

We review inactive enquiries 12 months after our last meaningful contact and delete personal data we no longer need. We may retain information needed for an ongoing customer relationship, legal obligations or legal claims. We keep only the limited information needed to record consent and honour requests not to receive marketing.

This review is carried out by hand; it is not an automated deletion schedule.

If you ticked the optional box, you can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing jakub@heyjakub.com or by replying to a promotional email and telling us to stop. It is free and there is no form to fill in. Withdrawing does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew.

Withdrawing stops promotional messages. Ordinary replies about something you actually asked us for — for example a call you booked — are separate from marketing.

You never need to tick a box to ask us to delete your data.

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you can ask us to:

• give you access to the personal data we hold about you;
• correct anything inaccurate;
• delete it;
• restrict how we use it;
• provide it in a portable form, where that right applies.

You can object to processing we base on our legitimate interests, and you can object to direct marketing at any time without giving a reason. You can withdraw consent as described above.

You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. For us that is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (datenschutz-berlin.de), and you may instead complain to the authority where you live or work.

Your score is simple arithmetic: ten points for each question you answer yes to. The suggestions you see are chosen by which questions you answered no to, and the call estimate is a calculation using the numbers you typed.

There is no automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you, and we do not use these answers to generate any kind of automated assessment of you as a person.

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top. This version is 2026-09-10.
